Where to Eat...

Breakfast

Breakfast at Mimi's Cafe is delicious. Try the Crab Cake Florentine Benedict or the Mixed Berry Crepes. Both were really, really delicious. This is one of those restaurants that you just want to start asking people around you if you can try their food because everything looks sooooo good.

Lunch

Lunch at the American Cafe is good. They serve delicious American food. I especially loved their cajun chicken. Dine on the upstairs patio for a wonderful view of the river.

Dinner

Go for an interesting dinner at Layla's. The restaurant serves flavorful Mediterranean-Lebanese cuisine. Try their lamb kabob - very tender and tasty.

What to Do...

Morning

Start your morning with a refreshing walk through UNF's hiking trails. The trail leads through dense hardwood hammocks, past teeming wetland areas and over a large lake where you'll encounter animals such as deer and other wildlife that call this area home.

Afternoon

In the afternoon head over to Jax Landing. Explore Jacksonville's downtown Riverfront or catch an event at Jacksonville Landing.

Evening

Head over to San Marco for a Jacksonville shopping experience. San Marco is Jacksonville's artsy dining, shopping and entertainment destination. Apart from the many dining, shopping and entertainment options it offers, you will also appreciate San Marco's beautiful Italian architecture.
